Declaration on accessibility
The Directorate-General for State Archives of Bavaria is endeavouring to provide its website www.gda.bayern.de in accordance with the Bavarian E-Government Regulation (BayEGovV) to make accessible accessible.
Compatibility with requirements
The website www.gda.bayern.de has not yet been fully accessible after a self-assessment and is therefore in part not compatible with the BayEGovV. Editorial and technical changes are currently planned to meet the requirements of BayEGovV. Finally, an explanation of the website was implemented in light language.

This declaration was made on 28 April 2021 on the basis of a self-assessment (see Article 3(1)a) of the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523) created. The statement was last reviewed on 28.04.2021.
